Abstrakt		Health care institutions are considering a variety of information technologies in the hope of increasing efficiency, reducing cost, re-engineering work processes, and improving quality of care. When we talk about any information system implementation, we need to keep in mind that there are actually three phases to such a project: pre-implementation, implementation and post-implementation. The aim of our contribution is to present the realities of successful implementation and our experience with such project.
