Abstract		In the beginning of the article authors introduce us to mechanisms of (ACL) anterior cruciate ligament injuries. Reasons of ACL injuries are also important for clinical and diagnostical outcome. To complete sanation and restitution of injury, different aproaches of treatment and selection of therapy are basical to reach these aims. The purpose of the study was to represent isokinetic equipment EN - KNEE for evaluation and trainig of the knee joint. The article presents test procedure - after complete rehabilitation in Terme Zreče. 66 pacient were included in the study. They were tested at 8 and at 12 weeks after ACL surgery in 1998. The article ends with presentation of the results gained processing of statistic data and graphical presentation. Data analysis of measurment in clinical practice requires discussion about postoperative rehabilitation procedure and succes of the testing.
