Abstract		We believed for many years that the patients with low fraction of the left ventricle or with chronic heart failure had to rest. We know for the last few years that physical inactivity signifficantly weakens the exercise capacity of these patients and the resting of patients is only important in the acute heart failure phase, while in the stable phase the individually prescribed exercise training improve the quality of life as well as most probably the prognosis.
