Abstract     Gastronomy has very rish and extensive history. Gastronomic rules are interwined into all society layers from newborns to dying men, from rich banquets to simple serving of a cooked egg. All consumed is within the domain of gastronomy. Its final aim is the preservation of human health.
Summary     Gastronomija ima zelo bogato in obsežno zgodovino. Gastronomska pravila se prepletajo od novorojenčka pa do umirajočega človeka v vseh slojih družbe, od najbolj bogatih banketov do enostavne postrežbe kuhanega jajca. Področje gastronomije je vse, kar človek uživa. Njen končni cilj pa je ohranitev zdravja človeka.
