Abstract     We describe a case of 41 year old male who presented with chest pain accompanied with collapse. At regional hospital electrocardiographic ST segment elevations were registered during attacks of chest pain. Coronarography following transfer to terciary center revealed normal coronary arteries. Antianginal medication was discontinued and that was followed by recurrence of chest pain. This was accompanied with ischemic ST segment elevation in the inferior leads, sinoatrial arrest, and brady cardia 35 heats/min. Temporary external pacing was necessary. All EKC changes reversed to the normal after the chest pain had been alleviated. Treatment with Ca channel blocker was instituted and chest pain did not recur. Presented patient has typical syndrome of vasospastic angina complicated with sinoatrial blocade and collapse. This was ascribed to the reversible ischemia of sinoatrial node.
