Abstrakt		Nurses at the Department of Cardiology of the University Medical Centre Ljubljana often come into situation where patients with life treatening arrhythmias are treated. In such cases a nurse has to to be able to recognize arrhythmia and react accordingly and quickly. This requires a lot of skill and knowledge, constant learning and keeping up - to date with the latest developments treatment of arrhytmias and above all a lot of selft - confidence and understanding for the patient.
