Abstract		In this article the author describes traffic accident that happened on 25th of November 1999 at South Ljubljana autoroad. The present article deals with response times of emergency medical teams and tries to find out why they were too long. At the same time it calls your attention to the important part of emergency medical technician - dispatcher in organization of emergency medical transport especialy when he (she) has to deal with several different medical interventions at the same ti me.
