Abstract		This article presents a case report of a car accident and prehospital assessment and management of the patient trapped in overturned vehicle. Car accident, with two cars involved, happened on the highway Kranj - Naklo. Five people were injured. Two with heavy injuries, one of them with life threatening injuries. He was lying in the overturned vehicle, with his left arm trapped between the roof of the car and ground. Trapping of the patient and position of the car made access and management of the patient very difficult. Analysing such difficult cases can help us to create some guidance and directives, how to manage similar situation in the future.
