In our case we handled with a psyhotic suicidal patient in middle level of hipotermia ( body temperature 34 degree Celsius, weather- outdoor temperature -10 degree Celsius, body weight 130 kg). The patient was on the roof of a block of flats on a hight of aproximately 25 to 30 meters. We activated Profesional fire brigade of Maribor, because we couldn't reach him by ourselves. They lifted us to the patient with extension ladder. We calmed him down, provided him first help and got him ready for transportation. In our contribution we wish to show what is the most important at work in such hights, how we insure the surroundigs, ourselfs, patient... A safe and proper transportation is very important and has to he well organized, (communication about patiens condition and about technical points od declimhing over USW or mobile telephone), but also quick. We share an adjusted work ot ours of high importance.
