Abstract     Every medical emergency intervention starts with receiving and responding to an emergency call. We (responder) must get information from calling person where is the place of event (exact localisation of the patient), what is going on there (type of event) and whether this event represents an emergency or not (degree of emergency). In case of emergency we immediately activate Emergency Medical Service team and other services ( Fire Service, Police..), if necessary. Dispatcher system should enable contact and conversation between dispatcher and calling person, until the EMS team arrives to the place of event. Dispatcher gives instruction (how to offer first aid and what to do) and support to the calling person until EMS team arrival.
