Abstract		Vaccination is an effective mean of preventing infectious diseases in children with altered immunocompetence. However, it should be noted that in children with certain immunodeficiencies vactination could induce suboptimal immune response or even be hazardous in the case of attenuated live vaccines. A review of recommended vaccines for asplenic, HIV-infected bone marrow or solid organ transplanted children, for children receiving steroid therapy and those with congenital immune deficiencies is presented. In order to ensure optimal immunization of children with altered immunity these patients should be under supervision of a vaccination specialist.
Summary		Cepljenje tudi za otroke z motnjami imunosti predstavlja pomemben način preprečevanja okužb. Zavedati pa se moramo, da je pri otrocih z nekaterimi motnjami imunosti imunski odziv na cepivo slabši in da je cepljenje z živimi cepivi lahko nevarno. V prispevku so opisana cepljenja, ki jih priporočamo otrokom brez vranice, okuženim s HIV, otrokom s presajenim kostnim mozgom ali čvrstim organom in tistim, ki prejemajo kortikosteroide ali imajo prirojene bolezni imunske pomanjkljivosti. Ker je teh bolnikov malo, avtorja priporočata, da jih cepijo pod nadzorom specialistov, ki se posebej ukvarjajo s cepljenjem.
