Abstract | Despite the fact there are no aetiological medicine for MS disease has been discovered as yet, an appropriate rehabilitation compiex team approach may have some influence on the course of the disease. The handicap and the beginning of concurrent complications. At the same time suitable information is given to our patients, their parents and relatives and also their social surroundings, which helps them to accept MS disease and live with it. Due to the rehabilitation and physical therapy a highly motivated and cooperative patients is expected to maintain independence in daily activities, locomotion an working abilities, locomotion and working abilities. The rehabilitation programme is always based on individual approach with full emphasis on a systematic renewal programme. The aim of the rehabilitation is to achieve the patient's optimal, physical and psychological statue within the range of possibility. | |
