Abstrakt		This article describes mental disorders that can be expected in patients with neurological diseases. Mental disorders can have demonstrable etiology in cerebral disease or brain injury. They can also be reaction to neurological disease or can be only coincidently present. Most common affective, personaiity and cognitive disorders are described with concern on treatment possibilities and course.
