Abstrakt		In the paper are given the definition of vocational rehabilitation and rules for its implementation, its structure and process. Work evaluation as a method and needed cooperation with employer/school are stressed. The impact of disabilities of persons with neurologic desease on there education, employability and employment is reviewed. The principles of neurorehabilitation and those learning environment should be introduced in vocational rehabilitation programms. Criterion for reffering persons with neurologic desease in vocational rehabilitation team are given.
