Abstract		In the article authors discused the injuries - the ruptures of Achills tendons and the procedures of rechabilitation. In the article 20 patients were treated. Chirurgical treatment was different, In the case of total rupture, the chirurgical intervention was done, while at partional ruptures, only imobilisation with walking plaster boot was applied. Results of rechabilitation are described in this article.
