Abstract		The consequences of chronic rheumatic disease are manifest in all areas of human activities, experiences and reactions. Rehabilitation is long-lasting and never complete. The incidence of chronic illness has an impact on the personal and socio-economic status of the patient-client and his family. The present questionnaire supports the goals of clinical work in occupational therapy, with special ernphasis on the perception of the patient's needs. The evaluation of the results should be an object of future research.
