Abstrakt		Based on a case the author discusses the inappropriate organistion of emergency medical service at the three hearts marathon in Radenci, where two participans died. An detailed analysis showed , where the mistakes in organistion of emergency medical service have been made and on the base of this analysis the author made a plan for complete organisation of medical care on futher marathons. On the base of five year expirience in organisation of medical care, the author shows, how important a detailed analysis and good planning is. In all five years of organistion there were no compfications.
