Abstract     As a rule we do not remove the foreign bodies out of the wound in urgent medical treatment outside hospital. We fix the body in the way that it doesn't cause additional damage. If neeessary we carry out other urgent steps and assure transport to the nearest hospital. However, sometimes it happens that the stated principles cannot be followed. In the article the case of 15 year-old injured boy is presented: There was an accident on the road. He fell off his motorbike on to a mowing machine and remained with his backside impaled on the sharp points of the mowing machine. As the cosequence of a great loss of blood he was in shock. Analgesic was applied as well as fluid therapy and oxygen. After that he was removed from the mowing rnachine. The wounds were tamponed and immobilisation was carried out. An immediate transport to hospital followed.
