Abstrakt		Hemoptysis is often a singh of serious lung disease. Massive hemoptysis are rare, but they can jeopardize the patients life and demand immediate managing. We wish to present you the role of nurse in team that manage the patient with massive hemoptysis. The management consist of three steps: airway protection and patient stabilization, localizing the source and cause of bleeding and administering specific therapy to arrest bleeding.
