Abstrakt		Few phenomena have arises so much attention of professionals that the burn-out syndrome in nurses. Apart from general definition; the presents article presents the data from literature, as well as my own observations and findings, in the first place the problems of workers, employed in Rescue team, the hardships and the emotional and physical strains they are exposed to. The result of all this is a negative attitude towards oneself and the profession and lessens the ability to listen to other peoples problems.
