Abstrakt		The article describe an accident where were involved an emergency ambulance and a medical car. The first one was on the way to the hospital with the first patient. The collision with the medical car was inevitable. The response time during the rescue procedures were not too long but the biggest problem was the inadequate and incomplete information about the accident. The dispatcher was unable to understand the gravity of the problem in the first moment. And another problem is that in this part of Slovenia we have two different ambulance unit and three different medic units and we still don't have a common dispatcher service.
