Abstrakt		Mechanical stabilization has been the principal method of bone fracture treatment for many years. New approaches with biological substances have been introduced and increasingly used. Fracture reparation is a complex physiological process in which special signal molecules play an important role. These new substances are increasingly used in treatment of fracture non-unions and the results are promising.
