Abstract		In the article the establishment of HACCP system of public water-supply in Celje is discussed. Authors discussed existent literature about this topic and showed HACCP system introduction trial of watersupply in Celje. They estimated that the risks are known but the establishment of HACCP system in this field is still at its beginnings compared to the food industry. Identification and successful controlling of marked CCP is the solution of problem and it should employ many experts in various fields.
