Abstract		The treatment of two patients with seropositive rheumatoid arthritis is presented in this article. In the first case a good outcome was achieved by leflunomide treatment, while in the second case of a more aggressive form of rheumatoid arthritis, treatment with a combination of methotrexate and monoclonal antibodies to tumour necrosis factor alpha was needed.
