Abstrakt		Acute heart failure is a significant complication in acute coronary syndrome. Cardiogenic shock is the most serious, often fatal manifestation of the left ventricular heart failure. A successful diagnosis and timely treatment of the primary disease reduce the heart injury and prevent the onset of complications. During the first contact with the patient, we try to diagnose the basic hemodynamic indicators on the basis of clinical signs and prescribe appropriate treatment with regard to the prevalent disease development.
