Abstract     Nutrition is today oriented to partakenof enough fruit and vegetable and few total and harmful fats and of energetically thin nutrition. Everyday physical activity also preserves from civilisation diseases and balances energy equilibrium. Functional foods are component parts of everyday healthy nutrition. Daily nutrition needs additives only in case of poor and empty food.
