Abstract		The author presents the principles required for modern, patient-oriented 24-hour nursing care, taking into account work load of its performers. In the frames of the research of continuing nursing care in work settings actual work loads of the performers of nursing care in all segments of their work are presented.
Summary		Avtor prikazuje načela, pomembna za izvajanje sodobne, bolniku prilagojene 24-urne zdravstvene nege, ki upoštevajo delovne obremenitve izvajalcev neprekinjene zdravstvene nege. V raziskavi procesa neprekinjene zdravstvene nege v določenem delovnem okolju prikaže dejanske obremenitve izvajalcev zdravstvene nege v vseh segmentih njihovega dela.
