| Abstract | Immunization against tetanus is compulsory. Whenever there is a possibility to get tetanus, a booster of immune globulin should be administered. Intensive program of immunization with toxoid have led to a striking reduction in the incidence of tetanus disease. This article presents a scheme of immunization against tetanus and role of a nurse in vaccination process. | |
