Abstract     In this lecture we would like to show you an actions taken by emergency medical technician (EMT) on the field. The case report is based on case of patient who needed EMT's assistants. By the arrival of EMT the patient's health condition aggravates to the point the resuscitation was necessary. Based on information given by patient's relatives, only EMTwere send and arrived on the scene without presents of medical doctor (MD). Patient was unconscious and he did not show any signs of life. EMT started with the resuscitation and noticed the MD immediately. With MD approval EMT intubated, gave the patient i.v. adrenalin and defibrillated with 200 ). Those actions enabled them to restore moderate heartbeat of patient before arrival of MD .We would like to pint out also the technical approach of rescue. Patient was overweight (140 kg), inconvenient architectural structure of patient residence (narrow halls and stairs) and weather conditions (slippery ice and snow on pathway), which made rescue more difficult to carry out.
