Abstract		Incidence of prolonged jaundice among breast-feed infants is 2-30 % and is increasing lately due to rising number of breast-feed infants. The review draws attention to 23-days old newborn admitted due to prolonged jaundice. Diagnostic procedure and management with breast-feeding-discontinuation and phototerapy is presented.
