Abstrakt		Despite great progression in intramedullary fixation of the fractures with many improvements and diminishing the incidence of complications some of them still arise. The most common complications that can occur before the operation, during the procedure and thereafter and their treatment are discussed. The best treatment of them is probably their prevention with being aware of them.
