Abstrakt		Diagnostic imaging is necessary and urgent following urinary tract infection. In this article investigations used to detect congenital malformations of the urinary tract are described. Important changes in the algorithm of the investigations after UTI were made in the last ten years when intravenous pyelography was made obsolete by the availability of voiding urosonography.
Izvleček		Slikovna diagnostika po prebolelem uroinfekt je potrebna in nujna. V prispevku so opisane preiskave, s katerimi si po prebolelem uroinfektu pomagamo pri odkrivanju prirojenih anomalij sečil. Predstavljen je algoritem preiskav, ki se je izrazito spremenil po uvedbi ultrazvočnega mikcijskega cistograma v rutinsko uporabo.
