Abstrakt		A painful neck is often a reason for visiting a general practitioner. The fre9uency of these pains could have many reasons: neck's anatomic structure, functionality and mechanical postural disorders due to work. The neck pain could also be caused by spine disorders in the neck region. If the longer medical treatment is not successful, then the specialist treatment is necessary. The medical treatment of the cervicobrachial pain syndromes is generally conservative and it depends on symptoms. The physical therapy, correct posture and ergonomic improvements on workstation are important as well.
