Abstrakt     Homogenization methods such volume averaging methods are generally used in order to justify macroscopic parameters such as effective thermal conductivity related to heat transfer in porous media. The decomposition of a temperature field (obtained by infrared thermography) in a macroscopic field and a local deviation field allows here to implement an image processing method in order to estimate a local thermophysical properties field. The image analysis consists then in a space filtering (moving average) of each image at each time step. Such filtered images constitute the components of a sensitivity matrix of a linear least square estimation method. The method is tested with experimental transient temperature fields, obtained with a calibrated 1D and 2D heterogeneous samples with an infrared camera.
