Abstrakt		Voice disorders in subjects with cleft lip, alveolus and/or palate are reported to be the terciar disorders of the malformation and are the consequence of velopharyngeal insufficiency and disordered articulation. The paper presents the prevalence of voice disorders in the population of 115 children with clefts. The results of the study showed that voice disorders are not more frequent in children with clefts than in the population of healthy children.
