Abstract		This article presents a case report of resuscitation of a man who collapsed in a church tower while ringing the bells. When emergency medicine team arrived at the spot, patient showed no vital signs and immediate CPR and defibrillation were started. After successful resuscitation we transported him in Clinical centre in Ljubljana. After treatment in hospital, he was discharged in home care.
