Abstrakt		Actinic keratosis (AK) and squamous cell carcinoma of the skin (SCC) are common skin lesions which incidence is rapidly increasing in the last decade. Clinically and histologically there is a continuum between these two entities. Thus, it is impossible to predict the point at which an individual AK will evolve into a SCC.
