Abstrakt		Skin illnesses caused by UV radiation are increasing in recent years. Dermatologists are worried about raising incidence of skin cancer in world population and our patients as well. Decades of clinical research have spread out a better knowledge about principales of influence of UV radiation on skin, natural skin selfrepairment mechanisms and possibility of its chemical or phisical protection. Sun light was in the year 1992 put on list of International Agency for research on cancer (IARC) as a cancer provocative factor, UV A. B and C radiation and use of solar beds were staged as probable cancer provocative factors. Important task of doctors and medical staff is to acquire a knowledge about noxious influence of UV radiation and their duty is to broaden their acquaintence among different groups of population.
