Abstrakt		Greater attention should be paid to the preventive heath care of selected groups of workers because of their specific characteristics and sensitivity. Among these groups there are child and adolescent workers, women during pregnancy and after childbirth, specially during breast-feeding, older workers and what's also important in Slovenia unemployed. Legislation is a keystone and two Slovenian standing orders were put in force in september. They will be introduced with some comments.
