Abstrakt		The evolution of EUS techniques during last decade is impressive. The method began as an imaging procedure. The development of sectorial linear EUS made it possibile to take targeted biopsies of small lymph nodes, pancreatic masses or tumors of the digestive tract. The technique of EUS-guided FNA has been perfected for the last 5-6 years, and now innovative and skilled endosonographers have taken this technology to a new level.
