Abstrakt		Information are crucial for effective decision making process and management of health system. In case of lack of information only noniformational factors are influencing decision makers. Data can be collected through a variety of methods such as: routine data collection or nonroutine methods which include survey and qualitative rapid assessment, and other special studies. Reconstruction oh health information systems will only be successful with the support and cooperation of senior managers and decision makers. Broad agreement with the principle of information for action at all levels is necessary.
