Abstrakt		The purpose and aim of the article is to bring The Omaha System as computerised documentation system for home health care near to nurses, to other health care providers and to the wider audience. The article is composed of five domains: the introduction of The Omaha System, its contents, purposes, application in individual cases and its prospective.
