Abstrakt		The article deals with the educntion models of nursing ethics based on the review of the temporary literature. The strengths and the weaknesse.s of different ethical decision making models are described. Different models of nursing ethics education used in our environment and in the world are presented. The impact of Kolhelberg's model of moral development on ethical decision making is explained. The new developments will be focused on better coordination of clinical practice, education, research in the integrated education system for the quality of nurses' work environment and the quality of nursing care.
