Abstrakt		In the first part of the article the author represents the necessity to educate adolescents in order for them to establish ethical attitude towards others and to develop other values connected with it. Furthermore, the effort that the author makes as a teacher of the subject Ethics and communieation at the Srednja zdravstvena šola (Secondary nursing school) in Ljubljana is exposed. Especially stressed is the ethical attitude in everyday life, in school and particularly in nursing. Author's work with parents and her class meetings are also planned according to that goal. The stress is also laid on intercultural education as a .starting-point for ethieal education, a.s well as on the meetings of students with different people, who embody (in their everyday life and work) the values connected with ethical attitude needed in nursing, and can therefore be role-models for the students. The author establishes the importance of good example during the time of practical course and the effort the school makes to motivate students for the voluntary work.
