Abstrakt		Justice is one of the basic ethical principles used in nursing and it requires to avoid discriminarion of people on grounds of sex, race, religion,class,age or prognoses. ln this article, the authors try to find out how the nurses understastand and perform in practice the principle of justice. The participents were asked tree questions and 488 of them answered. The findings show that most of the participents understand the principle of justice as absence of discrimination and on understanding patients needs.
