Abstrakt		In the paper pin site care is presented. Recognition of early complication and treatment, psyhosocial rehabilitation ot the patient with an external fiksator are discussed. Aseptic technique is described. Recommendation for type of cleansing solution, dressing and frequency are aligned out.
