Abstrakt		The Occupational Medicine, whose main concern is taking care of health for workers, has expanded it's working area also with promoting health on a working place. Altogether it means that workers are involved in taking care for their own health. They are also involved in improving natural and economical environment, all - to minimize health risks . In this elaborate I wanted to present the health promotion plan in the Labod's working unit Libna Krško, which has the highest % of sickleave. We compared the level of sick-leave with other Labod's working units, as well as other textile industry in Slovenia and all the productive industry in whole Slovenia. Based on extensive analysis of the sickleave in this unit for the year 1998 which is very important health parameters, I wanted to find out which were the main reasons for the sickleaves. Consequently I wanted to see which were the differences on working places of cutters, sewing machine operators, ironers. I wanted to compare my results with the reasons for sickleaves in other Labod's working units, the Slovenian textile industry garment workers production - and with the reasons for sickleaves in Slovenian production industry in 1998. Based on the analysis of the three previously mentioned working places in the working unit Libna, I wanted to state main damaging factors; based on the questionnaire about musculosceletal disorders, about their personal difficulties. The information about worker's personal psychophysical experiences about burdens on their working places I got through the "Questionnaire about psychophysical factors on the working places". I found out that the main reason for sickleave in working Unit Libna are the musculo-skeletal diseases and child care, which is the main problem in all other Labod working units as well as in all Slovenian textile industry.
