Abstrakt		The authors deal with the problem of dermatovenereal diseases observed from psychological aspects. Historic survey of psychoanalytical and psychosomatic literature is given. An example from the authors own clinical practice is presented, analysed and discussed from the standpoint of drives psychodynamics, object relations, internalization processes and self psychology. Basic deficits of drives integration, which prevent the maturation of the process of controlling the self and the environment, that is the inability of later libidinization functions of the body and its functions are determined. In the psychotherapeutic process the authors observe a more frequent inability of reality testing, that is confusion and inadequate distinction of internal and external perceptive processes
