Abstrakt | Social network at work place can be defined as a set of contacts and relations between the employed. In the frames of quality, its structure and social support are of utmost importance. Research study of 400 nurses from five Slovenian hospitals shows that quality of nurses networks at work place is low. Nurses networks include workers and managers, but almost 40% of the researched population would prefer a larger network. The biggest problem seems to be a lack of possibility for confiding and the assistance with nursing tasks and information. | |
Izvleček | Socialna mreža na delovnem mestu je preplet stikov in odnosov zaposlenega s sodelavci. V okviru kakovosti je pomembna tako njena struktura kot podpora, ki jo ponuja. V raziskavi med 400 zaposlenimi v zdravstveni negi iz petih bolnišnic je bilo ugotovljeno, da socialna mreža raziskovane populacije temelji na kolegih, vendar vključuje tudi nadrejene in osebje drugih strok. Skoraj 40% anketiranih si na delovnem mestu želi širšo socialno mrežo. Pomanjkanje socialne podpore se kaže predvsem na področju zaupanja in nezadostnih navodil in informacij ob izvajanju nalog. | |
