Abstrakt		ln his contribution author shows the alternative dispute resolution, in which he sees the future in the direction of a faster, cheaper and more adequate way of dispute resolution (also from psychological point of view). The author evaluates the essential character of ADR in the stabilisation of the legal security. Despite of the first steps of Slovenia towards ADR, as well the international directives as well the own needs (e.g. the overload of the courts of justice, faster resolutions) demand new steps towards ADR.
